Everybody knows about Swachh
Bharat Campaign, launched for a clean India by 2019, an initiative by PM
Narendra Modi, on the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi in 02 Oct 2014.
Swachh Bharat was
implemented to clean streets, roads, public infrastructure, and get open defecation
free nation to make disease free India. To spread awareness nationwide PM
himself took a broom to clean the streets, Ex-president Pranab Mukherjee requested
people of India to spend minimum 100 hours annually and join the campaign
vigorously. Nine famous celebrities had joined the campaign initially and
further 9 more joined as a chain process that gave a kick to swachh bharat campaign. This programme had covered more than 5000+
towns with all metro cities, as day one launch. Country’s biggest cleanliness
drive across the nation is now successful.
Just like swachh bharat, Swachh
Bhasha is also cleanliness campaign for a gaali free India launched on the birth
anniversary of Chacha Nehru ‘children day’ on 14 November 2016 by Vandana
Sethhi an initiative inspired by PM Narendra Modi. The mission is to give gaali
free future to our kids before it gets too late.
Swachh bhasha has
implemented to clean our language and stop using filthy and curse words. It is
an attempt to help our children and future generation to communicate in a
culturally civilized manner and create a better world. So join the movement
Swachh Bhasha Campaign.
Animals like ‘suar ke
bachche’ ‘kutte ke pille’ ‘gadhe ki aulaad’ look cute but as vocabulary of
language sounds bad and are very common, also converted into dialogues in
movies. Moreover gaali or cuss words are now perceived as normal part of daily
conversation and eventually the language and culture. Specially, in northern part
of India where Bh*sd*k* treated as welcoming word even inside the family also. Film
actors, stand-up comedians, politicians and others in public life are frequently
using bad words corrupting the language; still such acts are being ignored.
People are also enjoying them and certainly dont understand what they are
enjoying is not fun.
Generally women step back, girls
do avoid things, youths enjoys abusing each other, teri maa ka, meri maa ka.
It’s not the time to step back or enjoy it; everybody should come-up straight
against it.
Gaali is a modern disease
and many people are suffering from it, become habitual also. There is no tablet
or medicine to cure; it starts right from your own family. So before our kids’
changes their vocabulary take a pledge for a gaali free India.
There is no big ambassador
than the public of India, citizen of India is the real representative of our
country and if 128 crore desh waasi together take a pledge, anything can be
changed.
It’s high time we should take actions because
there is no better time than the present to embark on the path of this revolutionary
movement of cleaning up our language and creating a new India that we and our
coming generation will be proud of.
I request every citizen of India to join swachh bhasha campaign as a revolutionary movement and make this
campaign successful.
